This Privacy Policy explains what information Aplicco collects when you use our independent DS-160 preparation assistant, how we use it, and the choices you have. Aplicco is not affiliated with the U.S. government.
Information you provide
You provide the answers you enter while preparing your DS-160, along with your account email. You decide what to enter, and you can edit or delete this information at any time.
How your data is protected
Your preparation data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not transmit your answers to any government system on your behalf.
Deleting your data
You can delete your preparation data and your account from within the app. When you delete your data, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
Third-party services
We use a small number of service providers (for example, hosting and payment processing) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by Aplicco.
